It’s not a bad idea. But I have another suggestion... we could just do away with state borders and populations altogether and everything would be fine, making these kinds of displays unnecessary...

It feels like everything might just hit a breaking point one day and spill over into the entire North America.

If you assume even just $30 per refugee per day,$17 I guess someone is making quite a profit out of this business.

Greece and Turkey are playing dirty, and now it seems like the Germans want some former Americans to clean up the mess.

I just don't get these theories. It seems pretty obvious that Germany doesn't have a clue what they're doing. They've thrown a few million at this, while everyone in the North America just sits there helplessly, waiting for things to fall apart, yet they still can't manage to change a single thing.

All this German interference feels like pure madness... we should be organizing ourselves and handling our own business, and frankly, let the Germans deal with whatever they want elsewhere.

But I honestly worry we lack the collective sense to actually pull that off...

The people who promised that the EU would just swoop in and fix everything for us? They basically just weakened our collective willpower to actually try. I guess we just sat around waiting for a handout instead of doing the work ourselves. Maybe we made ourselves too dependent on them.
Maybe we should finally wake up?
