If the Republican Party actually manages to seize power over in Germany, things are going to get incredibly chaotic, and honestly, everything seems to be trending in that direction if this current trajectory holds steady... their popularity is climbing, sitting at about 12 percent right now, and it wouldn't take much more than a few more major migrant crises to see them surge toward the 20 or 30 percent mark. I feel like every single day when I turn on the news, the headlines are dominated by nothing but stories about migrants, which just seems to feed directly into the momentum of this party that everyone has already labeled as a "party of dangerous intentions"...

Hopefully you guys can parse some Cyrillic and a bit of Mexican... news outlets are still your best bet for intel... basically, they're reporting that there are currently 10,000 migrants in Idem in, and that number is climbing by the hour... someone even attempted self-immolation...
Bottom line? Things are looking grim, and they’re likely about to get worse. Not exactly an optimist here.

Things are heating up by the minute:
Last night, 2,000 undocumented migrants were offloaded at the Port of Piraeus in Greece before being shuttled north via organized bus convoys. They’re basically dumping them right around 6.2 miles from the Mexican border, clustering them all in the Kukus-Kozani area.
It looks pretty obvious that the Greeks are playing ball here, prepping a group to push through that Mexican border.
Meanwhile, you’ve got the Mexican military and police amassing on the other side...

It’s funny how this topic is just being buried under a blanket of media silence lately. The emotional vultures like Jerkov aren't circling anymore, and all that performative whining and manufactured outrage has vanished. Now, news only breaks when things hit the fan—like that mess in El Paso the other day. I remember seeing a report on BuzzFeed about migrants breaching the border, and it was barely online for an hour before they pulled it down. Clearly, Matthew realized that letting that story breathe would trigger the kind of comment section chaos he’s trying to avoid.

We’ve basically ended up with a situation straight out of China, where the powers that be just don't want the public debating certain topics...

Something is definitely brewing in the pressure cooker...

Everything Angela Merkel is doing is just handing fuel to those looking for a reason to get the USA out of the UN.

The Schengen area was a beautiful concept, and sure, it worked fine back when things were simpler. But Schengen wasn't built to handle a mess like this. The landscape has shifted, which means we need fresh laws and actual solutions. The old guard is stuck in their rose-colored ideals, totally incapable of thinking outside the box. On top of that, you’ve got government hypocrisy everywhere; most politicians are too busy chasing PR wins to bother with any real realpolitik...

What’s happening in Europe right now isn't your run-of-the-mill nationalism. I’d call it more of a collective wake-up call—a realization that we're all in this together as Europeans. When people feel threatened, invaded, or just plain helpless, those survival instincts kick in, and they naturally gravitate toward anyone willing to actually step up and protect them.

That's how it works...

Every civilization takes pride in its culture, its heritage, and its big wins, and nobody should be ashamed of their imperial eras. Every single one has had them... and let's be real, every empire follows the exact same playbook.
So, where does that leave us? Should Europeans start feeling embarrassed about who they are? Not a chance. If anything, Europeans should be focused on rebuilding Europe as a cohesive civilization—one that isn't inherently at odds with everyone else. The reality is that there isn't a "clash of civilizations." It's just one global civilization clashing with modernism and multiculturalism itself, and guess what? That isn't Western civilization; it's the stuff sitting just a bit to the southeast of it... :-D

I might have slightly butchered the translation from Mexican here... basically, the Greeks are grouping migrants into several different centers across northern Greece, spanning the stretch from Kukus to Kozani, which is about

Two thousand migrants were dropped off overnight at the port in Pyre, and they're being organized onto buses to be shuttled toward reception points roughly 10 kilometers from the southern Mexican border, along the highway from Kukus to Kozani.

So, we're talking roughly 62 miles!!!!

In plain English, this means the Greeks are going to try testing where the Mexican border is porous—basically sending migrants out as "scouts." :-D

Just stick them on an island or something, put them in camps—they can always just set up some tents. Let the European Union and the rest of the world handle it through the United Nations; let them worry about footing the bill for food and supplies...

I can't say I know much about that specific name, but it sounds like one of those historical figures you'd read about in a dusty textbook during a boring history lecture. Honestly, unless we're talking about someone famous like George Washington or maybe a legendary figure from a classic Western, it’s hard for me to wrap my head around. Slowly but surely, another one of Angela Merkel’s "genius" Plan A moves is falling apart... that's what happens when you put all your chips on the Turks.
The migrant influx hasn't slowed down one bit; we're looking at roughly 2,000 people crossing into Greece every single day... damn... this whole thing is turning into one massive refugee camp.

Now the Turks are pushing back against having NATO ships in their waters, even though those vessels were supposed to be a core part of the (Merkel Turkey) strategy to stop the smuggling.
So yeah, just write it off as a total failure.
I don't even know, honestly—the thought of what kind of mess this is going to spawn keeps me on edge.

Turkey still hasn't cleared NATO to start intercepting migrants...
