JPMorgan Chase Go!Card help? in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
Personally, I think the zero-interest installment card is totally fine.
The number of retailers signed up with JP Morgan Chase for those installment plans just keeps climbing...
...so I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Yeah, marko27 is right—if you pay the card bill through the JP Morgan Chase app, your available credit doesn't update instantly.
It hits sometime later that same day, at the latest.
Mistaken wire transfer/payment error in Banking, Insurance & Loans ·
I dealt with something similar once. The transfer hit my Chase account just fine, but it took a few days for their guys to sort out the mess after I flagged it. Once they fixed it, the money bounced right back to the original account without any drama.

So, honestly, I think this is just one of those things they can clear up on their end. Just hang tight for a bit and make sure you stay on top of them!

So, I ended up sticking with the auto loan...
I’m thinking about using my life insurance policy as collateral—I heard that’s actually a thing people do...

Yeah, the rate is significantly higher, especially compared to a loan denominated in Swiss Francs.

Just run the numbers properly and decide based on that.

As for collateral, you could technically use life insurance or even a combo of dual life coverage and an investment fund stake.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend that combo over just a straight investment fund stake. That mix isn't really "true" life insurance in the legal sense—there was actually an article about it recently.

Yeah, obviously. It splits into three. Thanks for catching that. I figured out where I messed up a bit later, but I couldn't find the time to fix it until now. Today’s been a total madhouse.
Thanks. Gotta get people the real facts before it's too late.

hey,

just getting online now.
yeah, if you already know what kind of ride you're looking for, just hit up some dealership websites or give them a call.

from what I know, they cap your monthly payment at about 1/3 of your take-home pay. that's basically your credit limit—the max amount for your monthly installment.

I actually wrapped up my own loan and new car situation this past Thursday. Scrapped the auto loan idea and went with a personal loan instead. It gave me a much higher ceiling, meant I didn't need a co-signer, and I got everything finalized in Philly.

I’m also planning to take out a personal loan for $7,000 from JPMorgan Chase pretty soon. Does anyone know if buying this on credit will mess with my ability to get that loan approved? Is there any actual connection between the two?
Thanks in advance

You’re good!
They don't affect each other at all.

I did basically the same thing but in reverse—grabbed the personal loan first, then used the CareCredit for payments and cash advances.
Starting a small business in Business, Accounting & Taxes ·
Jerry Martinez3 said:Hey everyone.

Does anyone know if there’s actually a website out there that lists everything you need to get a small business up and running? I'm looking for the whole works—everything from which specific documents I'll need to where I even go to grab them, plus the actual step-by-step process for getting the whole thing started.

Thanks!

check out: www.sba.gov

It breaks down the whole process for starting a sole proprietorship or an LLC.

p.s. you might even want to swing by a local Small Business Administration office—they usually have free brochures on how to start a business just lying around. feel free to grab one.
