100g is just a nice, round number to aim for...

Honestly, I just want to bulk up... I'm way too skinny... Just trying to fill out these gaps a bit...
I've started hitting the gym... focusing mostly on back and chest exercises...
Whey mixed with glucose is really just a supplement you take right after a workout. Just mix the whey, some glucose, and water.
Alright... so we've got the measurements figured out...
If I'm doing 30g of whey, then how much glucose should I add?
How much is 30 g actually? Like, roughly one spoonful? A soup spoon or just a regular coffee spoon?
So, I just started hitting the gym. I’m about 5'7" and 125 lbs.
I’m pretty thin, and my bones really stick out—especially my collarbones, they're super prominent...
I really want to put on some weight, specifically in my upper body...
I picked up some MuscleTech protein. Someone told me to take 30g in some milk right after my workout.
What do you guys suggest?

The travel agency business actually operates under its own specific set of regulations...
Just head over to the American Travel Association website and you'll find everything you need
- You'll need to pass the exam to become a certified travel manager
- Two years of hands-on experience in the industry
- A dedicated office space of at least 170 square feet with a valid building permit
There are a few other little details too
- I already HAVE the license to be a manager
- But I DON'T have the years of experience, though honestly, I don't see those two years mentioned anywhere in the actual legal requirements...

From what I've read in the regulations, that should be an option, but I’m a bit lost on the logistics—like where to go, how to file, and the best way to actually get it off the ground. My plan is to sign a contract with a major tour operator, but I also want to design and sell my own custom packages. I already have some office space available in my family home, though I don't plan on being physically present there; I'm aiming to run everything online. Does anyone know if this setup is actually doable???
Come on guys, I really need some help here....🤷
