Hello everyone!
I've been trying to build an Excel formula to multiply three different matrices together, but I just can't seem to get the results to match what's shown in my textbook. I've attached a screenshot of my work—if anyone could take a look and point me in the right direction, I would truly appreciate the help.

Furthermore, what exactly does "hypersensitivity" mean in the context of the symptoms you're experiencing? Are you perhaps referring to hyperesthesia—that heightened sensitivity to touch or pain?
I have taken the liberty of adjusting the thread title until a final diagnosis can be established.
The truth is, nobody has any certain answers yet. For two months now, I have been bouncing from one specialist to another, visiting urologists, general practitioners, and even infectious disease experts here in the States. My blood work came back clean, there's no sign of infection, and my ultrasound for my bladder and kidneys showed nothing unusual. Regarding my spine, they did find a minor bilateral protrusion—essentially some narrowing—at the L5-S1 disc. However, my neurologist insists that since the protrusion is so slight, it shouldn't be the culprit behind the burning sensations and pain in my bladder and groin area. His conclusion was that I am dealing with hypersensitivity, and he suggested this should subside within three to six months. I actually have bruising on my groin, almost as if I’d been struck; something is clearly causing this irritation, and I dealt with some discharge as well. After six days of Voltaren injections combined with Diazepam, things calmed down slightly, though I am still taking them in pill form now. The reality remains that the pain and burning persist. It's a wandering pain—sometimes it migrates to my groin, sometimes to my bladder, and occasionally to my testicles. In the beginning, even the slightest touch was agonizing, though it has improved just a little bit. I truly hope this isn't anything dangerous. They mentioned something called "chronic pelvic pain syndrome," where the cause remains elusive, and they also brought up autoimmune conditions where the body's own defense system turns against itself.
I should also mention that everything really kicked off about two months ago when I started feeling these strange tingling sensations in my hands and feet. Shortly after that, my lower body just gave out on me.
I’ve recently been diagnosed with hypersensitivity issues, which have been causing some pretty uncomfortable pain and a burning sensation in certain areas of my body. It’s even gone as far as leaving these strange, bruise-like marks on my skin—honestly, it feels as if I’ve been physically beaten up. My doctors told me there isn't a specific cure, so they've put me on a regimen of Voltaren and Diazepam (or Normabel), along with a heavy dose of Vitamin B complex to help speed up nerve regeneration. Apparently, this can linger for up to six months, with potential triggers being things like nerve inflammation or intense stress. I was wondering if anyone here has had similar experiences or might have any recommendations to help speed up the recovery process?
About two weeks ago, I suddenly started running a low-grade fever, hovering around 99-99.5°F. Along with that, I began experiencing intense burning sensations in my genitals and urethra, which eventually spread up into my abdomen. I’ve already gone through the ringer with testing for bacteria, trichomonas, candida, chlamydia, and several other pathogens that tend to hide deep within the tissue walls, but everything came back negative. Later on, they actually found some kind of skin bacterium in my ejaculate, though they insisted it was completely harmless.
Right now, my doctor has me trying Doxycycline, which has actually helped dial down the burning and the pain a little bit. Looking back, I dealt with chronic mononucleosis about six years ago, and honestly, the symptoms feel almost identical right now: swollen lymph nodes, a fever that fluctuates during the day only to drop by the evening, profound weakness and exhaustion, and even occasional tingling in my hands and feet (?!).
I just got my EBV results back yesterday, and they were negative. I also had X-rays done on my spine, thinking perhaps a pinched nerve might be causing the discomfort, but everything looks fine there. My bladder and kidney ultrasounds also came back clear. My blood work and urinalysis are mostly normal, too, with the exception of one liver enzyme being just a tiny bit elevated—maybe by about 5%.
The core issues are still very much present, and I'm feeling quite lost as to what is actually happening. To be fair, I haven't engaged in any high-risk sexual behavior, nor have I had blood transfusions or any needle exposure that would suggest a more serious viral infection, so I'm really struggling with this sense of uncertainty.
If anyone here has any advice or has gone through something similar, I would truly appreciate it if you could share your thoughts. Thank you.
I’ve come across various theories quite often regarding the seven distinct levels of consciousness, suggesting that most ordinary people are naturally only aware of three of them by default. Could someone be so kind as to clarify what these specific states actually entail, and perhaps suggest which techniques—like meditation or other practices—might theoretically allow one to ascend into those higher states of awareness?
