I mean, maybe this already happened too, but I guess it might not even matter.
Where's Lasevskaja? I've been trying to reach her everywhere here and there, but I'm getting nothing back. 🤷
I don't really listen to TBF, but I guess this album actually makes sense.

I haven't been around for a minute—actually, it's been forever—so I just wanted to say hey to everyone, living and dead alike

Daniel Norgren who definitely doesn't sound like that
I actually started listening to them the same year this album dropped, and honestly, along with Holy Money, these are two of my absolute favorite albums by them. Burning World was such a massive letdown right after Children of God back then, but I guess I’ve grown to get used to it, and I still find myself revisiting it sometimes. Their cover of Love Will Tear Us Apart feels pretty unnecessary and just uninteresting to me. This newer era is hitting so hard though, with 😁 two total masterpieces: To Be Kind and The Glowing Man.
I suppose they just need some time. They aren't really the kind of band that clicks with you instantly, but once they do, man, it's intense. The sex in your soul will Damn You to Hell. Goodbye teens.
Man, Swans... they’re just something else. Honestly? They feel like this massive, unstoppable force that just wipes everything else out. Like, you listen to them and suddenly nothing else seems to matter. It’s kind of wild, I guess. Just pure, heavy annihilation. Maybe that's just me, though.
Type O Negative... dead once more. I guess. Maybe just my luck?
So, I was just spinning that classic Beatles track, "Yellow Submarine," and man... it really hits different when you're just chilling. It’s such a vibe, honestly. Maybe it’s just me, but there's something about those lyrics that feels so incredibly bright and happy. I guess it's one of those songs that just forces you to smile, even if you aren't really trying to. Just pure, unadulterated sunshine in a song. Truly a masterpiece for when you need a little lift.
So, I was just listening to Peter Gabriel’s "Passion" again... man, what a vibe. It’s one of those tracks that just hits different when you're alone, I guess. Maybe it's just me, but there's something about that atmosphere that feels so incredibly intentional. It's like he's really taking his time with every single note, you know? Just super moody and deep. Honestly, I could probably loop this for hours and still find something new in it. Such a classic.
So, I was just spinning through some Nightwish earlier... specifically that track "Highest Hopes." Man, what a vibe. It’s got this huge, sweeping energy to it, you know? I guess it just hits different when you're in a certain mood. Maybe it's the way the melody builds up, or maybe I'm just being dramatic, but it feels pretty epic. Just one of those songs that makes you want to stare out a window in a rainy Seattle cafe and feel all deep about life. Anyway, just felt like sharing. Such a gem.
Tatiana Giorgi - Director
SAKE - Getaway
Man, I finally picked up this AZRA double CD set—Zadovoljština. It’s such a trip. Honestly, probably one of those essential collections you just need to have on your shelf. It's got that classic vibe, you know? I guess I've been spinning it all morning. Just really feeling the energy of these tracks. Definitely worth the listen if you're looking for something with a bit of soul.
So, I was just listening to U2 again... and man, that song "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb" really hits different. It’s got such a vibe, you know? I guess it makes you think about all the heavy stuff, but somehow it still feels kind of hopeful? Maybe that's just me being optimistic, haha. Anyway, just felt like sharing. Such a classic.
So, I was looking at that Monster Magnet thing... the Superjudge? Yeah. Honestly, I guess it’s kinda wild. Maybe just my take, though. It feels pretty intense.
So, I was just listening to Syd Barrett’s stuff—specifically that Opel track—and man, it really hits different. It’s got that weird, dreamy vibe that just stays with you, you know? I guess it's just one of those songs that feels like a fever dream in the best way possible. Maybe it's just me, but there's something about that raw, unpolished sound that feels so much more honest than everything else on the radio these days. Just a little bit trippy, I suppose. Definitely worth a listen if you're in the mood for something a little out there.
So, I was just reading about these collapsing new builds... honestly, it feels like everything is just being wiped clean, kind of a total Tabula Rasa situation. It’s wild, right? Like, you think you're getting something brand new and solid, but then—boom. Maybe we're just seeing a massive shift in how things are actually built nowadays. I guess it makes you wonder if anyone is actually checking the work before the keys get handed over. Just a thought, maybe.
So, I finally got around to checking out Florence and The Machine's *Between Two Lungs* (it's a 2-CD set, which is pretty cool). Honestly? I guess I'm just really digging it. It’s got such a vibe. Maybe it's just me, but there's something about her voice that just hits different. Definitely worth a listen if you have the time.
So, I finally got around to checking out The Rootsman's remix of "Out Of The Darkness." Honestly? It’s pretty solid. I guess I wasn't expecting it to hit quite like that, but man, those beats... they just kind of pull you in. Maybe it's the way he plays with the shadows in the sound, but there's definitely something special about this version. Just a really cool vibe to get lost in.
So, I was just spinning Soundgarden's *Badmotorfinger* again... man, what a ride. It’s just one of those albums that hits different every single time, you know? I guess I’m still kind of obsessed with how raw it sounds. Everything feels so heavy but, like, strangely polished at the same time? Maybe it's just the nostalgia talking, but those riffs... man. It's definitely a classic for a reason. Just a total vibe.
Gorky's zygotic mynci - Bwyd time (Ankst records)
So, I finally sat down and watched Mike Figgis’s take on *Miss Julie*. Honestly? It was... something. I guess I wasn't quite sure what to expect going in, maybe because the vibe is just so different from anything else you usually see. It’s definitely got that moody, artistic edge though. I mean, the way he handles the tension is pretty interesting, I suppose. It’s not exactly a blockbuster, but there’s a certain weight to it that stays with you. Maybe it's just me, but I found myself thinking about those character dynamics long after the credits rolled. Just a really unique, heavy little trip.
So, I was checking out that Mike Figgis piece... you know, "Figgis on Figgis." It’s pretty interesting stuff. I guess it’s just one of those deep dives where he really gets into his own head about his work. Maybe it's a bit much for some people, but I kind of dig it. Just feels like a real, unfiltered look at the guy behind the camera. Pretty cool, I suppose.
V/A - Sounds of NYC ( 2 cd ) ( The Killers, Radiohead, M.I.A., Placebo...)
Man, I was just digging through some old tracks and stumbled back onto this V/A—that trip to the Andes compilation. It’s such a vibe. You've got stuff from Transglobal Underground, Astralasia, Fun-da-mental, MuZiq... it's all just so good. I guess I haven't heard these specific mixes in forever, but man, they still hit different. Just pure, unadulterated energy. Maybe it's the nostalgia, or maybe those beats were just ahead of their time? Probably both. Anyway, definitely worth a spin if you're looking for something to get your head right.
V/A - Trainspotting
So, I was just listening to Béla Bartók’s *The Miraculous Mandarin*... and man, what a trip. It’s such a wild ride. I guess it’s one of those pieces that just stays with you, you know? Like, it starts off one way and then just takes this sudden, aggressive turn that catches you totally off guard. Maybe that's the point? It feels super intense, almost chaotic, but in a really deliberate kind of way. Honestly, it’s pretty heavy stuff, but I kind of love how it doesn't play by the rules. Just a total fever dream of a composition. Definitely worth a listen if you're feeling like something a bit more... out there.
So, I finally got my hands on this two-disc set of Verdi’s *Otello*. Honestly? It's pretty great. I guess if you're looking for some heavy-hitting opera to dive into, this might be the one. Maybe just give it a spin and see? Such a vibe.

The Claypool Lennon Delirium is honestly such a trip. I finally got my hands on *Monolith of Phobos*... it’s an American release, obviously, and man, I think I've only actually sat down and listened to the whole thing maybe three times? It's a lot to take in. This version is that sweet double yellow vinyl set plus the CD. Such a vibe.

I'm looking to buy, though I’d honestly prefer a trade if possible. Ideally looking for something in NM condition.

I probably have more, but these were the first ones that popped into my head, I guess. If you want any details, maybe just shoot me a DM.
