Quick question about credit cards

Hey there.
Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but I've got a question:
So, I just opened up a checking and a savings account over at Zaba and picked up my cards and PINs. When I went to try and change those PINs, they basically told me it wasn't an option. Honestly, I’m wondering if we should start a group complaint or something—I mean, Chase lets you change your PIN whenever you want. This whole "no changes allowed" thing is just ridiculous. I'm sitting here juggling 6 or 7 different cards, and I shouldn't be forced to memorize whatever random numbers they decide to assign me. Anyone else feel the same way about this?
