I’ve got two questions:
1. When exactly can a leasing company charge Operating lease VAT? Specifically—can they tack on VAT for parking tickets if they just pass along the invoice, similar to how they handle vehicle registration fees?
Honestly, it seems like they’re slapping VAT on every single invoice they send our way.
2. Regarding the final payment—if the Lease agreement says it ends on the third of the month, can the installment be the same as the previous ones? I mean, if they charge for the full month, the math ends up making the term 5 years and one month instead of the 5 years stated in the contract.
