I’m not entirely sure what the point of owning an Intel Core i5-13600K actually is if you have no intention of overclocking it, especially since you opted for a B660 motherboard instead of stepping up to a Z690.
Neither of those options is worth your time. You really ought to be looking closely at the ROG Strix Z690-E or perhaps moving up to a Z790 instead. Or, if you have the patience for it, just hold out until next year when the 13th Gen CPUs finally hit the market.
It looks like DDR5 prices have finally started to dip. The real headache with this latest Intel 13th Gen lineup, though, is the complete lack of an upgrade path moving forward; it feels like Intel is just leaving us hanging.🙄 On the other hand, the new AM5 platform should stay relevant for quite a while longer.
If you’re already committed to picking up a motherboard with a Z-series chipset, you might as well go all the way and grab a processor labeled with a K, like the Intel Core i7-12700. Honestly, if you aren't in a massive rush, it might be worth just sitting tight for a little while, since both AMD and Intel are gearing up to release their next generations pretty soon anyway.

It really feels like Intel 14 is the final nail in the coffin for DDR4. If anyone is currently sitting there debating whether to build a 13th Gen system, my advice would be to just bite the bullet now and budget for a DDR5 motherboard instead.
