Does it matter if I'm overdrawn by about $33? I don't think so, since my online banking doesn't show any notice that my account is frozen.

So here’s the situation: he claims the money was sent, but my account is still showing zero. He sent over some kind of confirmation receipt, but I don't see anything on my end yet. I know it usually takes a few days when you're transferring funds between different banks. Here is the confirmation link. Does anyone know if this receipt actually proves the transfer went through?
