Instructions on how to trigger that sickening wave of nausea found in Sartre's existentialism.
What you'll need:
- a swivel chair, preferably without armrests
- coffee (instant or brewed, doesn't matter—as long as there's caffeine)
- an empty apartment to run the experiment in
- two days of your life
The process: To make this work, you gotta be alone in your space for at least two days, not eating (well, I guess you can eat a tiny bit just so you don't actually die, but keep it minimal), and only drinking coffee. You shouldn't do anything else during this time, because if you do, you basically become whatever you're doing. On the afternoon of the second day, sit in the chair and start spinning with your eyes closed, keeping your hands up in the air in some kind of comfortable position. Just spin with your feet for a really long time, until you genuinely feel super, super nauseous.
How many of you are crazy enough to try this? (Uh, well... yeah... I actually did follow the instructions myself.)😁
Maybe it's not funny, but at least it’s pointless and not a waste of time.😁
