None of those... I'm sure you know what it is... maybe they just call it something else over in Europe.

It's sort of a firm but light cream... stays set, though... it doesn't "run"... when the whole cake is just creamy like that.

Maybe ask a pro... go enroll in some culinary school or something.

To me, it looked great in the photos... I guess nobody was really staring at the tiny details anyway (and I'm pretty sure that wasn't happening at your wedding either 🙂), but I actually really dig that shape and style.

I actually really loved your wedding... I might just copy you and ask them to make something similar 😉

$30/lb is pretty steep... I think Mesti charges that much... but look... before you decide which ones to get... maybe try both first... then make up your mind

That’s the issue when you have so many different cake flavors to choose from... you want to try them all... but after a massive wedding feast, it's a miracle if you can even stomach one more slice. Though I guess the bride and groom probably eat at least a little bit...

You can't even eat that... you'll probably break a tooth... A cake should actually be creamy and good.

I’m not a fan of fruit-based stuff... feels more like a fruit salad than an actual dessert to me. I don't really care for those dry cookies either... I guess I just need cream and chocolate. That's the good stuff.
