Hi everyone, I’m looking for some perspective and hopefully some solid advice...

I'm 26 years old, and about six months ago, I started feeling this sharp, stabbing pain near my heart. Sometimes it lasts just a few minutes, but occasionally—in short bursts—it lingers for three or four days. The intensity fluctuates. In my worst moments, I can barely take a deep breath because the pain intensifies with every inhale.

I already know the standard response will be to go see a doctor. 🙂 However, I'm having a really hard time making that decision. I spent way too much time stuck in hospitals dealing with a botched case of mono, and I think that experience left me with a massive amount of fear and distrust toward medical professionals.
Has anyone else dealt with something similar? What do you think might be going on here? Thanks in advance for any insight you can share. 😘

These chocolate cakes look incredible! We’ll most likely be going with a chocolate one ourselves. I’m not sure if it’s too early to start asking questions about cake orders (or even putting down a deposit) since the wedding isn't until November 10th?
I heard there's an amazing bakery over in Cherry Hill, but their prices seem a bit steep... Does anyone here have any insight on what they typically charge? For instance, what would a cake for roughly 150 guests run me?
