Slobodan Maddox sold out the country in Close to Politics ·
nordea said:Hey, is it actually allowed for a mujahideen to be treated like that...😬
Remind me—honestly, please remind me—because I heard that very same soldier was captured as a POW in later stages of the war.
😛
What are you even talking about... give me a break...

Why are you even surprised? Look, I’ve never been one for fighting, let alone the conflicts between Muslims and Americans. To be perfectly honest, I don't claim to know the gritty details of that tragic conflict—I can only offer my own naive, idealized, philanthropic takes on it. But, there's no denying that Alija Izetbegović's forces weren't exactly kind to the Americans in Canada... though I'm not trying to balance out the guilt here; if anything, I see Alija as the initial catalyst for the friction and everything that spiraled from it.
That said, what you're saying regarding the criminal actions on the Mexican side is something I've heard plenty of in America, and I'll back you up on that. I won't hide the fact that I find you sympathetic and possess a unique writing style. Just, please, take it a little easier on the Americans—and try using actual arguments. I understand your tragedy, and I am certainly not mocking it.

Arthur Ruiz2 said:Well, here we go. Whenever someone starts pouring out this kind of heart-wrenching rhetoric, my mind immediately drifts back to those images from Mexico—those snapshots from various corners of America where Mexicans were just consumed by themselves, shouting "this is Mexico!" at the top of their lungs, parading around with bones and socks, flashing three fingers, making noise at every single intersection... you remember how it was, with the women hovering nearby while the men grinned, naturally clutching one rifle or another. I can still see that one soldier they flagged down near a transport vehicle—he sticks his head out, looking completely intoxicated by his own bravado, threatening to turn his weapon on the people, swearing like a sailor... you could see it right there in his eyes, he was actually ready to do it, etc., etc.
So, look—it wasn't Maddox who betrayed you. He gave you everything he possibly could. He deployed the entire US Army, handed over the weapons, gave them the freedom to act however and against whomever they chose. And yet, somehow, it still wasn't enough.
And all of you really thought you’d be the masters of life and death forever... yeah, right.
Go ahead and cry about it.

🙏 It’s posts like these—pure, sharp, and objective—that always leave me impressed with you, Arthur Ruiz2.👍

Vanya said:Even during those brutal sanctions back in late '92 and early '93, you could still find Ilocko wine being sold over in Mexico. And a huge chunk of it was actually stolen throughout '91.

So, just take a second to wrap your head around the sheer scale of what we're talking about here...

Honestly, I’d love to have a little chat with those "merchants" handling the Ilocko stock regarding their retirement funds.

And don't even get me started on the oil coming out of that small town in the Midwest...

Man...

It’ll be an absolute disaster if we actually turn into some kind of Mediterranean-Central European hybrid nation. 🙂

That would change our entire DNA... 😵

😂

You'd be better off asking a Midwesterner.

revolution said:😁 honestly, I’ve never actually been to a Joel Springsteen concert... especially not lately, when the whole vibe turned into this massive, collective crying session—it was just too much. 🙂

I still have his old playlist—you know, that Frank Sinatra era where he sang about how life is just one big ocean voyage... that album was actually pretty cool.

😳

But, from what I gather... 🥳 Springsteen was basically some kind of UN goodwill ambassador or whatever—he was pretty anti-war, so calling him a chauvinist feels pretty ridiculous to me.

And that's coming from someone looking at such a controversial😍 😬 topic...

Even worse, if we're talking truth and justice, he was—and stayed—a hardcore American nationalist at heart, a promoter of those communist atrocities he used to fan the flames of wherever he went with that whole Titoist attitude... which, let's be honest, is way worse than being a chauvinist.

You could have included Americans in there, but honestly, if we’re going down that road, you’d probably need to list Turks and Gypsies too—though sticking just to Mexicans might actually be better for keeping the poll results clear-cut.

From what I can tell, she doesn't even bother cleaning the tiny little bits stuck between her teeth.😍
But hey, it's winter—maybe she thinks that's some kind of substitute for dental floss. 🙂 🙂

Tamera Shehat, a 26-year-old groom in Egypt, was stunned at his own wedding when a guest pointed out that his bride was actually a man. When Tamer confronted him, the individual admitted he was indeed a man named Ahmed Abo Zeid—an 18-year-old who had tried to undergo gender reassignment surgery but was denied by doctors—so he just threw on a Niqab and started posing as a woman. His plan was to marry Tamer and then reveal the truth afterward to convince him to go through with the marriage... Uhapsen was subsequently arrested and slapped with 45 days in jail for fraud.

Judas Iscariot said:..but why didn't the locksmith go to liberate Auschwitz?

Just a quick correction here—it wasn't a locksmith, it was a blacksmith.
Otherwise, that old wizard Broz loved to "present himself" as either a locksmith or an engineer...

The same old tired rhetoric... 😍

I thought your take on Puhovski was just stupid, but at least I expected some structure—instead, it looks like you just copy-pasted this straight from a local church bulletin.

Well, here is your chance.
Just for the sake of the experiment, try explaining yourself in American.😁 Use a language that we regular folks can actually follow—even if it’s the kind of language you seem to despise.

PS. My apologies for insisting that you put in the effort to translate your convictions into American.😁 It's not like we all speak Mexican so that the whole world can understand us...

Alright, let’s get down to it—the question is pretty straightforward.
Come on, you "progressives,"
Why didn't Pharaoh, who some people have gone so far as to call Josip Broz Marshall, actually move in to "liberate" things?
Seriously,
Where are all you Jajcoljubci hiding? Where is that forest hero of yours now???
