Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
I have a bit of a question for the group..
Yesterday, I noticed something that made me suspect it might be a hemorrhoid, though I am honestly not entirely certain if that is the case or if it is simply a subcutaneous pimple, especially since when I applied a little pressure, a tiny amount of fluid escaped from it. It doesn't really sting, there is only a very slight discomfort when I sit down, there is no bleeding, and while it looks somewhat reddish, it isn't particularly intense, nor am I having any issues with my bowel movements.
What do you all think—could this be a pimple or is it more likely a hemorrhoid? My suspicion leans toward it being a hemorrhoid because of its location near the opening and the fact that it feels like a small lump.

I have been tasked with preparing a segment for an FBI training session, specifically focusing on "various climbing methods." To be precise, my curriculum includes Swedish ladders, plyometric boxes, pommel horses with handles, and parallel bars. I find myself struggling with how to integrate these elements into a cohesive lesson plan; how does one effectively bridge the transition from one apparatus to the next? I am particularly perplexed by the pommel horse—it feels somewhat elementary for this level of instruction. Since these exercises are often associated with youth gymnastics programs, I am wondering if anyone might be able to offer some guidance? Does anyone have any insights or practical advice on how to structure this effectively? 🙂
Is it possible for pregnancy symptoms to overlap with my usual PMU symptoms? I noticed mine started well before my period was actually due, and they just haven't let up since then...
So, my period is currently two days late, and I am experiencing several typical PMU symptoms, such as bloating, mood swings, and this unpredictable appetite where I might have no interest in food all day, only to suddenly feel an intense craving to eat everything in sight. I have also noticed some spotting lately.
(And I am certainly not a teenager.)
Is there anything specific I should be doing at this stage? Is it possible that the delay is being caused by the stress and anxiety I am feeling regarding this situation?
My cycle is usually quite regular; it has only ever been late once before, and even then, it was only by four days.
I find myself constantly waiting for my period to finally arrive, yet I am not experiencing any of those physical pains that usually signal its approach.🤷
