In my opinion, that shouldn't have any impact on your results. The hCG hormone is either present in your urine or it isn't, regardless of whether you let the sample sit at room temperature for 15 minutes or not.

By the way, I totally know what it’s like when you see a negative result... and you start desperately hunting for any possible reason why the test might be wrong. Not to mention the frantic searching through the trash or squinting at the test from every single angle and under every possible light, just hoping to catch even the tiniest shadow of that elusive positive line... 🙄

So, today marks 10 days past ovulation, and I took a test this morning using a Gravignost strip, and there isn't a second line to be seen .... 😢😢😢
I'm really hoping it's just too early to tell, since my period isn't due until August 3rd... My cycles are usually pretty steady at 30 days.
Everything feels a bit off today—sort of like those pre-period aches, but different. I can't tell if I'm just psyching myself up, but I'm definitely noticing some symptoms... My breasts feel heavy and full, though they don't have that usual soreness I get during PMS. No nausea yet, but I have this strange sensation, almost like my stomach is sitting right in my throat. My lower back is aching, and I've noticed some yellowish discharge... But the weirdest part? I have absolutely zero interest in sex right now 😲.

What do you all think? When should I try testing again? I honestly don't know if I have the patience to wait until my period actually misses... 🙄

I’m really curious to know which test is actually the most reliable if you're checking before your period is actually due.

Kirshn recommended I try the Sign test, since it gave her a positive result ten days early. I’m definitely going to pick one up—maybe it’ll bring me some good luck too!😍.
