If you are feeling uncertain, perhaps try using a Clearblue test; I must have spent a small fortune on those over the years. To be honest, I also went through several months of imagining pregnancy symptoms myself, so I believe a quantitative blood test is your best course of action—otherwise, the sheer uncertainty will drive you to distraction.
