Hey ladies, I need some input. Honestly, I’m freaking out right now and could really use someone to talk me off the ledge. My boyfriend and I always use protection, except for this one time about two weeks ago when he finished on my lower stomach—I washed up immediately, obviously. But then, a few days later, my nipples got super sensitive and the tips turned red. I’m spiraling because this has never happened before. My last period was August 22nd, so I should be due any second, but nothing yet. My cycles are always all over the place anyway; sometimes it’s a 20-day gap, sometimes it's 34. It’s mostly the nipple thing that’s killing me—they were red for a week, though the redness is fading a bit now. Can anyone tell me if I'm losing it?

I'm 18 and I've been having regular sex with my partner. About six days ago, he finished on my lower stomach—I washed up immediately, though. I really don't want to be pregnant right now and this whole thing is stressing me out big time. I'm losing my mind wondering if this is even normal. Can anyone help? Is this just stuff that happens before a period starts?
