We actually rented a tent just like that one from Vigus! You should really try giving them a call or dropping by, because they only have four of them in stock, so you might want to hurry! It measures about 5x7 meters, and we paid $367 for it.
The tent is absolutely stunning, all white with those beautiful domes on top!
Thanks so much, everyone! I’m already aware of those locations over in St. Louis, so I'll definitely head out to check them out, though I did hear that the specific one in that small town in the Midwest just closed its doors—but I'll be sure to double-check that myself!
Greetings from the Midwest!
Does anyone happen to know of a good flower nursery around here??
The one I was planning to visit just shut its doors (what a disaster!), and since my mom and I are hoping to decorate our lounge ourselves, we're feeling a bit lost!
Can anyone help me out...
They really need to be stacked properly! It’s just so unsettling to see a cake with five layers where every single tier sits on its own separate little plate instead of being integrated! Shouldn't the bottom layer be something dense, like dried fruit, just so it can actually support all those levels above it?
My sweetheart actually suggested I skip using fresh fruit altogether because the juices might bleed through the frosting and make the whole thing look a mess. I am absolutely obsessed with cherries, but what can you do, right? I guess I'll just have to bake my own version of my favorite cherry cake to devour once the wedding festivities are finally over! ha...
Mine will be just as straightforward with standard frosting, though I’m planning on four tiers, starting with a traditional American wedding cake on the bottom tier that stays fresh for up to a year!!😍
The second layer will be a classic chocolate—since my husband absolutely lives for it—then the third is a rich blend of hazelnuts, almonds, and chocolate, and finally, the fourth is a buttercream tier because you can really frost the entire thing beautifully with that kind of cream!!!👍
..and then we have a local florist coming in to handle all the decorations... honestly, can you believe the incredible things they can create?
Hey everyone, listen up—I just heard some pretty unsettling news about that "balsam" frosting they use to make those fancy cakes look all perfectly smooth and picture-perfect; apparently, it tastes absolutely revolting, so most people just end up tossing it out, yet customers are still consuming whatever is trapped underneath that thick layer of fake goodness!!🤷
Because of that, I’ve officially decided to pass on those overly stylized cakes; we're going to stick to making real, homemade treats using nothing but honest, high-quality ingredients!😁
Hi there!
Does anyone happen to know where I can find some high-quality floating candles?
See, I recently picked some up that were supposed to stay lit for about three hours, but the wick burns down so fast that they just sputter out after thirty minutes! Isn't it just a complete disaster when you're trying to set a nice mood for dinner and everything goes wrong?
I have one more question for you all.
I am currently on the hunt for some chair covers for an event hall.
I am looking to rent them rather than buy, so if anyone happens to know a reliable distributor in the Midwest, could you please send me a private message?
I would be so grateful!
I am reaching out because I could really use some help! I’m getting married next June and I’ve started the hunt for the perfect wedding band. I have heard nothing but amazing things about Vigor, Twist off, and Essek, but my biggest hurdle right now is simply figuring out how to track down their contact information.
If anyone knows of any other great bands out there, please let me know!
