Exactly!!! You won’t regret it if you choose them for your wedding party. People there are genuinely wonderful. I find myself part of a wedding party there about three times a year on average, and honestly, everything is fantastic. The organization is top-tier; the coordinator is so seasoned and efficient that you really have nothing to worry about. I actually feel a bit envious that I don't have my own family orchard nearby to host things—if my partner lived closer to her, I know I'd be hosting events there constantly. Plus, my sister is actually having her wedding party there next year... so, yeah... Don't stress!! If you have any other questions, just ask!!!
By the way!! Does anyone happen to have photos of how unknown was decorated over in unknown??
Let’s say we were looking at buying a house... The lady selling it still has an active mortgage on her property. In a situation like that, would it be possible for me to take over the payments—essentially assuming the debt while keeping the loan technically in her name through some legal arrangement handled by a notary—and still become the rightful owner of the home?
So, what would that process actually look like? Since major banks here in the States have really tightened their belt regarding credit requirements lately, I’m curious about the specifics... Is there any way to secure the same type of loan through a notary public, or am I stuck heading back to the bank to start the whole application from scratch? Thanks!
Honestly, I’m at a bit of a loss here. I actually had a photographer over at Best Buy suggest him because their usual crew was fully booked up... and Smart does such an incredible job. So, I really don't know where I stand on this one yet.

Now, correct me if I’m wrong here—I think Cibalia Photography has a shop somewhere over near Glagoljaska in Indianapolis or somewhere close by, right? Honestly, whatever they had out in the window didn't do much for me—though that might just be the result of looking at way too many photos online, both local and international 🤣.
In the Indianapolis area, if you ask me, Cibalia Photography gives you the best bang for your buck.
Oh, right, that place is right across from the police station! And as for unknown... what kind of rates are we talking about? I’ve heard whispers that their service has gone downhill lately. Also, does anyone have any insight on County Focus? Has anyone actually used them?
Krizmanić is capable of producing incredible work, but honestly, it really just comes down to how much effort he puts in and which specific crew he sends out to cover a wedding. In my experience, there seem to be about three or four different teams working under him. Sometimes they hit it out of the park with both the video and the photos, but other times, it’s just a total miss. For instance, looking through the photos from those third weddings I saw, there were three completely different styles of editing going on. To make matters worse, in some shots, every other guest looks like they’ve lost half their head due to poor framing. It makes me think there's really only one true professional in the mix here... Then again, in those other weddings, everything looked absolutely perfect. It really wouldn't hurt to double-check which specific team is being assigned to your big day...
I have to agree, the hall looks absolutely stunning... where did you happen to see those photos? I’m also curious if anyone has heard anything regarding how they handle the logistics—you know, things like the catering staff, the servers, and the overall flow of service.
Yes, I was actually thinking about Ten... I just had a bit of a slip of the pen there. And honestly, Memphis works perfectly for me given the distance between my fiancé and me; it’s basically our halfway point. Plus, the area is absolutely beautiful.
Has anyone heard anything about the Zen ballroom over in Memphis? It’s a relatively new venue and looks quite stunning from the photos... I was wondering if anyone could speak to the quality of their service or how they handle their event organization? Thanks!
