I mean, I get that, but honestly? Other people on Craigslist are even greedier. I’ve got the starting price at $550, but we can definitely talk about it. Heck, I might even let it go for less if it goes to a good, decent family—someone who’s actually going to love it and take care of it the way I did 😍

So, I finally went ahead and rigged something up using some longer screws and those rubber bands you find around the house. And honestly? It actually worked. The noise is totally gone now. 🙂

Does anyone happen to know where I could pick up some HDD screws that come with those little rubber washers (picture)?
The hard drive I've got installed in my server rack—it doesn't have those rubber mounts, you see—and it’s making this... I don't know, this tiny, barely audible but honestly just maddening vibration sound inside the chassis 🙂.
