Intel Visa

Hey everyone, this is a great topic.
I’ve got a few questions:
I currently have an Intel debit card linked to my US dollar checking account at JPMorgan Chase, plus a separate Visa debit card specifically for USD transactions, also through JPMorgan Chase.
Is there actually any point in having that specific USD card? Since I buy a lot of stuff online in dollars anyway, I end up converting from my main balance regardless—and my standard debit card has those three digits on the back, so it works just fine for web purchases. Also, am I looking at any tax implications if I’m regularly sending money or occasionally receiving funds via that debit card?
How would I fare using the standard domestic debit card abroad compared to the dedicated foreign currency one?
