For me, I tend to be pretty blunt and constantly snap at people... it’s almost like an impulse I can't control. Everyone just gets under my skin, and I feel this constant urge to take someone down a notch, even when they're actually trying to be there for me. I know it’s not the best way to handle things, but honestly, I just can't seem to help myself. 😳
By shutting down, sulking, and avoiding everyone.
And once I finally hit my breaking point, I'll explode and lash out at everyone too—though usually, it's just the silent treatment first.
It’s honestly baffling to me—how do some kids already have their entire lives mapped out by age twelve? They know exactly what they want to be and what they want out of existence... meanwhile, I’m still sitting here today wondering what I actually want and what the point of any of this even is.
No effort, no results—it’s that simple. Everything takes time. Everyone wishes their problems would just vanish into thin air instantly... but life doesn't work that way. You have to actually test different methods and treatments before you see any real progress (that's just how things go in life). I have this friend who is constantly dealing with breakouts and complaining about how much she hates her skin—yet she won't lift a finger to fix it. She needs to stop smoking and cut out all the junk food and sweets, but instead, she just layers on three pounds of foundation every single day and expects a miracle. All she does is moan!
The death penalty for pedophiles—it's the only way!
Don't be like that—everything happens in its own time. We were all awkward teenagers at some point, weren't we? Some people are naturally more outgoing (though back then, they were just exhausting because they talked just to hear themselves speak), while others are more reserved. It takes time. Even at 21, I realize that everything requires patience—I used to be insecure and quiet myself. You really need to work on that self-confidence. And if you feel like you have nothing to say to people your age, maybe it’s simply because they don't share your interests? For instance, I joined a local dance studio, and suddenly I was surrounded by people who actually liked the same things I did. Conversations just flowed naturally when we talked about our passions... that's how you actually make friends!
