I actually tried digging around online to see what this book was all about, and honestly? I think I'm heading straight to the local library tomorrow to grab a copy. This sounds super encouraging.
Thanks

Maybe I’m just terrified of my own voice. Like, maybe the reason I turn beet red is because I'm low-key scared of what might actually come out of my mouth if I stop filtering myself.
The thing is, I don't talk trash. Seriously. My mouth usually only produces good vibes—I’m smart, I’m easy to talk to, and people generally enjoy my company. But lately, I’ve been asking myself why the hell I spend so much time listening to everyone else's drama and getting worked up over their problems. I really wish I could just adopt that "I don't give a damn" attitude that some of these people have. :-) "I don't give a shit" :-) I had to laugh at myself there. :-)
Except, I don't have a dick, so how am I supposed to pull off that specific brand of indifference? I'm a girl, after all...
But hey, maybe one of these days I'll finally just tell everyone where they can shove it. :-)
Right?
