Does anyone actually get what the deal is here? Like, why is this even happening in the first place, especially when you're just using your card exactly how it's supposed to be used??

It’s just not catching at all....

I mean, this is literally the second time this has happened in a single year!

The card stays tucked safely in my wallet and there isn't even a scratch on it, but man, they are just so incredibly rigid about everything... you can't even file a formal complaint, $13 they just force you to request a replacement and then you're stuck waiting three weeks for it to arrive.... what a joke.

So, this is the second time in a single year I’ve run into issues using my contactless Visa debit card for basic transactions.

It’s just one of those things where after a few months, the chip or the tap functionality just stops responding at the terminal!!

What gives? I had a card for four years that worked flawlessly every single time, but now I'm on my second card in twelve months that’s basically useless...

Honestly, I just don't have the energy or the patience $13 to keep paying for replacements and waiting three weeks for them to arrive in the mail!

Just to be clear, the card isn't physically damaged or anything!

You guys can just stop replying right now!
