Hey there, all you fellow bakers out there... I actually finished my certification last year 🙂 but I found myself scrolling through these forums again just to show off my little cake project... honestly, it turned out exactly how I pictured it in my head, except for one thing—the lady at the bakery completely blanked on adding the little pansy topper on top. Like, seriously? So frustrating...

I think I'm gonna toss on a few cake toppers... honestly, people totally sleep on them, but if you ask me, they’re easily one of the best parts of the whole cake... and let's be real, they're definitely what catches everyone's eye first.😁

The whole wedding vibe was honestly so sweet, and man, I really wanted to go down that same path myself, but in the end, we just went full-on mushy romance—you know, those couples who can't stop holding hands and making out everywhere 😍

Finally tracked down the couple for the cake project🙂

So, the cake is gonna be three tiers high, decked out with these natural white and gold roses and a satin ribbon... I mean, just try to picture that in your head and let me know if you think it actually works or if I'm totally losing it..

So, my auntie over at the local bakery was telling me the other day that she could whip up a cake using standard whipped topping instead of that fancy Ticino fondant stuff, since, you know, the professional grade stuff costs an absolute fortune! She actually showed me this little dessert she made where she swapped out the expensive fondant for regular frosting, and honestly? It looked freaking amazing. Now I’m just sitting here twiddling my thumbs, waiting to see if mine turns out looking just as good or if I totally botched it!
