I'm looking to pick up some waterproof winter boots for my little girl, maybe something like Superga or a similar reliable brand, in size 23
or perhaps those yellow Timberland boots with the faux fur lining, also in size 23

About a year and a half ago we ordered some treats from Kašman and they were honestly incredible. I believe $23 was about a pound. They deliver wherever you need them to go.👍

Hey everyone. I’m looking for some insight regarding experiences with perianal abscesses and fistulas because I'm trying to understand what actually causes them and if there is any way to prevent them from coming back. My dad ended up in the emergency room at a major hospital in Chicago after a perianal abscess suddenly flared up; he didn't even know he had anything going on until it hit him out of nowhere, causing a high fever and intense body aches. After five days of thinking it was just the flu, the swelling around his rectal area became obvious, and they diagnosed him with a perianal abscess along with two fistulas, which led to an immediate incision to drain it at the hospital. He spent two weeks stuck in bed in a lot of pain, and the whole process of being driven back and forth for wound cleaning and draining the remaining pus was honestly just awful to watch. Now, it seems like it has started filling up again despite following the doctors' advice to sit in warm baths and massage the area, so he will likely need another surgery. The staff at this hospital are incredibly blunt and don't really take the time to explain things or talk to the patient, which makes everything harder. Has anyone dealt with this at a different facility, and does anyone know how to manage recovery properly to minimize the chance of the abscess returning?

thanks girls 😉, yeah, I honestly think they’ll be staying at my place the whole time because I just love snacking on them, and my guests always do too.

Hey everyone, I was wondering when you all typically bring out the desserts? I’m curious if they sit on the table the whole time, or if you wait until after the main course is cleared. My current menu includes a hot and cold appetizer, soup, and then the entree, so when would be the best moment to serve them? (Just so you know, I'm planning on having about 20 different varieties per person)

We stopped by the local bakery downtown this past Saturday to pick up an assortment of pastries for a little tasting session. Honestly, the quality was top-notch—they look beautiful, the texture is perfect, and they were sliced so cleanly, just everything about them was spot on. We grabbed about a pound's worth so everyone could grab a bite, and let me tell you, every single person loved them. They have that genuine, homemade feel to them. I saw someone else mention here that all the flavors tasted the same, but I completely disagree because there’s actually a huge variety and every single one tastes exactly how it’s supposed to. Anyway, that’s my two cents, we’ll definitely be ordering more from Kašnar's🙂

analoggull15 said:So here's the deal—over at their place, they sell this cake pre-cut into 14 slices, but she mentioned you could actually squeeze out up to 16 if you wanted. It all just comes down to how thick you slice it, obviously. Cheers.

You are honestly such a sweetheart, thanks so much analoggull15😘

analoggull15 said:My bad, I totally misread your message—I thought you were asking about the price. If you want, I can check how many people one cake actually serves, since my cousin works at their shop.

It's all good,
if you wouldn't mind checking that for me, it would be great to have the info directly from the source.😍

I was actually asking about the quantity to figure out the price, but thanks anyway😉
I'm going to look into that topic a bit more, velvetraven12
thanks girls🙂

Does anyone happen to know how many people one of those cakes from cake and that can actually feed?

I’m planning on ordering about 24 pounds for a group of 35 people, which accounts for everyone getting a portion to take home, plus a little extra for the house. That works out to roughly 10 ounces per person.

Girls, I’ve got a cake tasting scheduled at Sugarland the day after tomorrow—wish me luck so I can actually make up my mind right away, because if I don't... I'll probably end up gaining a hundred pounds... 😂

We are all waiting for the report on Cukeraj, because I am genuinely curious to hear how it goes.🙂🙂🙂

We recently tried Kašnar, and they were actually pretty good—not life-changing, but definitely the best we’ve had so far. My only gripe is how they cut them; they're such small bites that it feels like you're just snacking rather than enjoying a real treat...

I’ve noticed people on here recommending Cookie House quite a bit. Has anyone actually ordered from them before?
What about srčeko?

Finding the right sweets is a big deal for me because my guests are total dessert fanatics...

Well, if you already think Kašnar is good, I'm sure you could just talk to them and have them cut the pieces exactly how you want them.

Are those sweets actually any good because I see people raving about them here and I was wondering if you've had a chance to try them yet?
Do you know what they charge per pound for the cookies?
