Retroverted uterus: What to expect?

My doctor told me I have a "tilted uterus"—some people call it "retroverted" or just "tilted." He basically said it shouldn't cause any issues. I'm not sure if that's what you're dealing with, or if your "deeply positioned" thing is just another way of saying a tilted uterus, but I'm curious about this too.
