Absum actually delivers great quality pastries considering what they charge. Some of the bakery prices in Chicago are just straight-up ridiculous—honestly, I don't get it. Also, when I happened to stop by the Absum location in my suburban US city, I realized they carry wedding flowers upstairs too—and again, the prices were about half of what you'd find in Chicago. I'd definitely recommend them; I was pretty happy with how everything turned out, especially my bouquet.
