It’s best to just talk directly to whichever bakery you've picked out. They're the experts and can give you the most accurate advice. We made sure to book our cakes and desserts six months ahead of time, then we waited until closer to the wedding date to finalize all the small details. For our guest count, we settled on about 1.5kg per ten people.
