Hey ladies, does anyone have good dessert recommendations around Indianapolis?
Heyyy! I need a little help here. Does anyone know where I can find someone who makes those amazing Middle Eastern style desserts... you know, like baklava, date pastries, and all that good stuff? I'm really looking to skip the standard wedding fare (like those typical cookies and finger sandwiches) and try something different.
Thanks so much! 😍
Does the "new diet" mean cutting out soda and alcohol too?
And how long am I supposed to stick to this?

So, here’s my full lab work! I actually went in because of some headaches. Besides blood and urine tests, my doctor sent me to an eye specialist and for an EKG. Everything came back totally fine, except for those enzymes at the end.
My doctor asked if I drink alcohol or soda... and yeah, I do, though nothing crazy amounts. Lately, I’ve just been snacking on tons of hazelnuts while on a diet. Nothing major, really. I lost about 4 pounds—went from 128 down to 127 lbs (I'm about 5'3").
Oh, and the urine test

Hey everyone! Just got my blood work back today. My liver enzymes are up—AST at 37, ALT at 44, and GGT at 60. Also had some trace elements in there with UIBC at 62.1, plus some sediment in the urine sample showing 3-6 leukocytes. Everything else looks totally normal, though! My doctor told me I have to stay away from alcohol and soda for two months (but with Christmas and New Year's 😢 right around the corner, that's going to be tough
). I'm wondering how serious these results actually are... since I'm only 27, I'm honestly a bit freaked out that something might really be wrong. Also, does anyone know how long it typically takes for the liver to bounce back after stuff like this?
