I recently attended a wedding at the Plaza, and I have to say, their dessert table was nothing short of spectacular. They had these exquisite little treats served on actual ice sculptures—it was such a sophisticated touch, and honestly, quite a refreshing departure from the usual buffet setup. Everything tasted absolutely divine.

I honestly get the feeling that even in the dead of winter, those deli slicers run hot enough to make you sweat—it doesn't matter how freezing it is outside, the heat inside those machines is relentless.

I can't help but feel the exact same way; it feels like the heat is constant, though I suspect it’s mostly just because of how crowded everything gets.😁
