Hands down, it’s easily the most cringeworthy thing I've seen on American television in a long time.

Honestly, I checked out of the film right at the moment he stepped from that snowy forest straight into some sun-drenched greenery.

Of all the recent American releases I’ve sat through, this incredible Argentinian film was the one that actually managed to move the needle for me.
From what I can tell, it hasn't really been getting any buzz, which is a damn shame because it’s absolutely worth your time.

I’d give this one a 4.5 out of 10. It builds up this sense of momentum, teasing you with these "will they or won't they" moments, but in the end, it just fizzles out. It reminded me of watching a striker break away on a breakaway, everyone in the stadium already celebrating the goal, only for him to absolutely shank the shot way over the stands. Total letdown.
+ On the bright side, the lead actor actually puts in a solid performance.
