I’m a bit confused here. How—and when—would they even alter the dress for the new bride or get it professionally cleaned?

Bringing it back at 8:00 AM the next morning just isn't going to work. The only way that makes sense is if they have an opening later in the week—like mid-week—so they actually have time to handle everything. Usually, things don't move until Monday since most boutiques are closed on Sundays. I had a similar situation once; I had all of Monday to get it back so I could finish up my photos.

If you ask me, it's a decent rate. For a church wedding, the trio asked for $0.33. That’s basically just three songs. Even local bands for a three-hour set before the reception usually want anywhere from $0.83 to 500 bucks.

It'll be held at "his" place since his house is in Savannah, but I rented a massive house for myself with a cellar tavern and a huge covered terrace out back for $1000 😁

There's a big difference between renting a basic tent for the backyard and a full wedding tent. The latter includes the carpet, flooring, tables and chairs (not benches), lighting, chandeliers, and all those fancy extras a ballroom usually has—those are the kinds of prices you're looking at for a rental.

Honestly, I think pretty much everyone who talks about dessert tables has dealt with this—it’s basically the go-to setup these days. If you mention which part of the US you're planning for, maybe someone can actually point you toward a specific caterer or bakery. 🙂

They partner up with Muring catering to handle the dessert tables and cakes. Honestly, I haven't heard a single horror story about them messing up yet. Beyond that, I don't know much more.

I actually tried their dessert spread during an open house at a small castle—it was incredible. They’re hosting another open house there this weekend, so if you're interested, definitely go check it out. It's free to sample, haha.
