How to get a Dunkin' rewards account and how to use it?

I heard somewhere that it has to be more than $167, but is that actually true, or is it totally up to the merchant? Also, if my credit limit is, say, $1667, and I buy a laptop for $2000 using 12 monthly installments, does the part that exceeds my limit (that extra $333) get charged all at once next month, or is the whole thing spread out over the 12 months?
Anything else I should watch out for, like interest rates or random fees? Any info helps.🙂
There is absolutely no way, man, because if your limit is 5000 then the total sum of everything you spend simply cannot exceed that number, otherwise you'll just get a little slip of paper telling you insufficient funds I've tried it myself and seen it happen firsthand. It won't even process online either. It really would be nice if it actually worked like that, wouldn't it?🙂
