Hi,

I need some advice. About a month ago, my jaw started clicking and popping. It’s actually locked up on me a few times, and the pain was so intense I almost blacked out.
I was told to try using dental pads for now and that my best bet would be to reach out to the School of Dentistry here in NYC.
If anyone else has dealt with this or can suggest a specific specialist there, I’d really appreciate the lead.

It's getting pretty urgent, so I figured I'd ask here too.

Not sure myself. I had a neurology appointment scheduled at the Mayo Clinic for October 17th. I called a few days ahead to check, and the nurse told me everything was running as usual. Best to call and verify before you head out.

I think I booked around October 18th, but they gave me appointments for the 29th and 30th. I had three segments to scan, so I couldn't get it all done in one day.

I went to the clinic in Tel Aviv over on Nemetov 2. The first segment is $300, then it’s $800 for each following one. Contrast is $133

Thanks, I actually went there and they aren't running those tests either.

I heard a rumor yesterday—not sure if it's legit—that they handle this at the hospital, where they draw your blood and ship it off to Denmark. Are our local testing kits just not up to par for this? Because the people at the hospital just sent me on a wild goose chase to find someone who actually does it.🙂🙂

I have a follow-up appointment there next week, so I'll check again.🙂

I was wondering if anyone knows where in Washington, D.C. I can get an MRI of my head and spine covered by Medicare at a facility that isn't a hospital. My last one was with Dr. Drinković, but it looks like they aren't offering that service anymore.
Has this been phased out for all private clinics, or is there somewhere else? Thanks in advance for any info.
