Hey everyone!!! So, someone was just telling me about this AMER tea. You can pick it up over in Mexico, and it costs about $13. Apparently, if you drink it regularly, it really helps dial back those chemical dependencies. I actually believe it contains some of the same herbal ingredients found in Pilex. It’s great for urinary tract health too, but man, does it work wonders for cutting down on meds (the guy who told me about it was dealing with stage four—the absolute worst kind of chemical side effects)
The best antibiotic for this specific urinary tract bacteria is Nolich; I really hope it works just as well for you. It’s great because it’s so targeted—it doesn't just wreck your entire system (so you won't have to deal with diarrhea, yeast infections, or losing all your good bacteria).
As for the tea, you can pick some up at any local pharmacy, CVS, or even most grocery stores! You'll get better results using loose-leaf tea that you brew yourself rather than those little tea bags or instant granules, though those aren't terrible either.
I'd suggest avoiding lemons and other acidic fruits or juices for a few days, and you should be fine. If you start feeling sharp pains while or after you pee, Spasmex is a lifesaver!!!
That Urosal lady supplement also helps, it's just a bit pricey $23 for a 10-day supply!
Anyway, that's my experience dealing with this little nuisance. I hope it helps you out!!
I honestly think I have some solid advice for you!!! Please don't give up on college, even if it feels like you'll be studying for a hundred years. It’ll all pay off in the end, trust me—I've been there. My suggestion? Try to balance working and studying, just take it one step at a time. Once you hit your thirties (or maybe even sooner!) and land a good job with a decent paycheck, believe me, you'll have so much more freedom to manage your anxiety and depression.
Maybe check out the local papers for openings; even something simple like a night shift at a print shop or filing articles can work. Or look into seasonal jobs that pay well—sometimes getting active with physical labor actually helps clear your head. You could even consider moving somewhere new for work, like finding a gig in a big tourist hub!
As for the mental health side of things, since you haven't had the best luck with therapists... try visiting a local GP and ask specifically for Calixt. If you look closely at my username, you'll see just how much she helped me get through my own rough patches 🙂 . And please, stay away from drugs!!!! A little bit of alcohol now and then to unwind is fine, but drugs? No way!!!
And hey, you aren't crazy!!!!
