So I was actually trying to go ahead and just nuked my profile on this forum, but then I realized there isn't even an option to do it, which honestly feels a little sketchy...

Look, I get it—the mods have the right to hand out warnings or hit the pause button on users if they feel like it. But if they actually applied those rules consistently across the board, they’d probably have to shut down at least 70% of the people hanging out in the politics subreddits... yet from what I can see, the goalposts seem to move depending on who's talking...

I honestly don't see how this is supposed to be an insult? I was just stating my opinion, and if that counts as being offensive then I guess I don't know what does, especially since the whole thread was about Mexico and everyone knows which border crossing actually got torched...

From what I’ve gathered, mortgage rates over in the USA are hovering somewhere between 2% and 5% depending on which bank you're dealing with, but here at home we're looking at a minimum of 6.5% and sometimes even hitting 9%...
I mean, obviously, everyone is going to chase the lowest rate they can find...
