Psoriasis [PLEASE READ FIRST POST!] in Health ·
I have been struggling with this wretched condition myself lately, which prompted me to spend quite some time digging through various online resources... Following a bit of logical deduction, I have come to the conclusion that topical creams simply cannot be the ultimate solution. If a cure is even within reach, it would have to be achieved from the inside out, given how many indicators point toward this actually being a systemic circulatory issue.
In Japan, on the other hand, the condition is relatively rare. This is often attributed to the significant influence of climatic, social, and economic factors on its prevalence.

I don't know much about Japan, though it strikes me that their unique dietary staple might be the consumption of raw fish... I am uncertain about other contributing factors, so perhaps someone else here might be more knowledgeable on the subject.
Adults living with psoriasis face an increased risk of suffering a heart attack, according to research conducted by American scientists at the University of Pennsylvania.

Once again, we return to the circulatory system.
Research findings indicate success in alleviating psoriasis symptoms through dietary interventions that affect polyunsaturated fatty acid and eicosanoid metabolism, thereby achieving a reduction in inflammatory processes.

Examples include diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vegetarianism, low-calorie diets, and intermittent fasting. For patients with gluten sensitivities, a gluten-free diet can also improve psoriasis symptoms.

It seems the dietary approach is quite similar to what one would use for cardiovascular diseases.

I would very much welcome your thoughts and comments on this matter.
