I'm 16 and, honestly, I haven't really done anything serious when it comes to sports. Most of my time is spent glued to a computer, but lately, I’ve become incredibly interested in parkour. I want to actually start training, but there's a catch: my conditioning is pretty terrible. I'm about 5'11" and weigh around 175 lbs, so I'm definitely not what you'd call an athlete right now. The only thing I can actually do in terms of parkour is a basic lazy vault—you know, just hopping over a rail using one hand. Can anyone recommend some strength, endurance, or general conditioning exercises? Ideally, I'm looking for a training plan to get myself ready for the real deal. Thanks a ton.
I’ve had this happen to me before. Usually, it hits right when I’m winding down for the night—I'll be sitting there in bed, watching some show on the TV, and suddenly everything just gets... weird. It’s hard to describe, but it feels like the screen is pulsing toward me and then receding at the same time. Just a bizarre sensation. I remember it vividly. Then, once I finally shut the TV off and actually tried to go to sleep, the vertigo wouldn't let up. It felt as if my bed was swaying, almost like it was floating on water or spinning slowly in place.
