Taylor Swift, did your maid of honor ever deal with those negative results right before a positive one popped up two weeks later? My cycles tend to run pretty long, so I'm thinking maybe my ovulation just happened later than expected! Though, honestly, I've stopped trying to second-guess everything. I have an appointment with my OB-GYN this Thursday, so we’ll see what the verdict is! Ugh, he just couldn't have caught me any earlier if he tried!

Honestly, I’ve been scrolling through all sorts of posts where people say they might have messed up the test or just got lucky, hoping for a different result, but at the end of the day, my period always shows up eventually! From what I can gather, these tests really are as accurate as they say. I’m just sitting here waiting for my appointment with my OB-GYN, and I guess I'm just hoping everything turns out to be perfectly fine!

Honestly, I have never been this late before! I'm used to things being a few days early or a few days late, but this feels different. Looking back over the last couple of years, my cycle usually stays right within a 26 to 33-day window. My last period actually started on December 28th!

So, what am I even supposed to do right now??? My period is already ten days late, and get this—both the tests I took on day four and day seven came back negative! I can't even see my OB-GYN until next week! Does it actually make any sense to bother taking another test at this point?

Can someone please help me out here! I'm running about 8 days late—actually, it’s been 39 days since my last cycle started. My period is usually incredibly regular, maybe off by a day or two at most, and things like stress or even changes in the weather have never caused it to be this late before! We had some unprotected encounters throughout December, and the last time was January 17th, though I thought I was in my infertile window then. I took a Clearblue test after being 4 days late, and it looked like a smudge that could be interpreted as a positive, but then I took an One Step test on the morning of the 7th day and it came back negative! As for symptoms, I don't really feel much of anything, except my nipples are incredibly sore, which isn't normal for me because they don't usually hurt during PMS! Should I be worried that this might be some kind of infection, or is there any reason to keep suspecting I might be pregnant? Thanks so much!
