Period talk: Questions and advice
in Women's Health ·
Please, I need some advice!
So, I gave birth about fourteen months ago, and my cycle seemed to have returned to a completely normal rhythm until this month. I recently dealt with some inflammation, so I’ve been using the vaginal suppositories and the Johnson & Johnson cream that my OB-GYN suggested. Well, my period arrived two days ago—following the usual PMS symptoms—but it’s incredibly light, barely enough to fill a pantyliner, and it has these strange, cottage cheese-like textures. I guess I just panicked, so I called my doctor today, and she told me to come back in at the end of the week. I’m wondering, what could this possibly be? I've never experienced anything quite like this before.
