David King72 said:Is it just me, or is this the second negative review I've heard about her lately? It feels like there might be some truth to the rumors when they start piling up like this... apparently, her "sessions" only last about 20 minutes—which, if you ask me, is nowhere near enough time for a professional look—not to mention she can be incredibly awkward while working on you, and she tries to book way too many clients in a single day.

Anyway, I’d always heard she was a total professional, nothing but praise.
So I went in thinking that if anything went wrong, it definitely wouldn't be the makeup.
Turns out, what a shock. 🤦
Basically, this girl is incredibly rude, arrogant, and acts like she's some big shot.
She works out of this tiny apartment where you can barely move; she just sticks two high stools in there and rushes through your face.
I showed her my dress, and she couldn't have cared less—didn't even look at how it was supposed to look. Just mumbled that she knew what she was doing.
The whole time, I felt totally awkward. While she was doing my lashes, she kept snapping at me, like "Oh my god, stop crying, get it together," acting all annoyed because I was supposedly distracting her from her "process."
What can I say? She's an idiot. Charging $117, yet yelling at people... maybe if the makeup were actually good, I could overlook it.

The makeup was a disaster. My foundation broke down after an hour; I was literally glowing like a Christmas tree, and everyone noticed. Even with my oily skin, I'm an amateur and this has never happened to me. Even in 100-degree heat, the foundation I put on myself lasts all day and night without budging. But with her? A "professional" who finishes in an hour? Nothing.
My lips looked colorless, like she just smeared some dried-out foundation on them. There was zero blush either, and when I asked for more, she just rolled her eyes and slapped on something minimal.
She overemphasized my eyebrows, which are already prominent, and honestly... I ended up looking worse than when I leave the house without any makeup at all.

Raymond Brooks7 said:About four and a half years ago, my husband and I did private lessons. We wanted a custom routine for our first dance to a specific song... back then, an hour went for $33... if you want the contact info, just shoot me a DM...

Can anyone share the contact for private lessons? Specifically for Lucy Spagnola?

I have to chime in here... she did my makeup for a wedding once, and it was a total disaster.
Never again...

Does anyone have the scoop on this venue? Looking for thoughts on the vibe, the service, the food, or the layout...
Has anyone actually been here? Was it worth it?

Printer issues? in Computer Peripherals ·
I've been using an HP DeskJet. I haven't touched the USB connection since day one, and everything was fine. But now, the Wi-Fi button is basically useless. Every time I power the printer on, a red light flashes briefly and then... nothing. Just dead silence.
I have a feeling the issue stems from switching internet providers recently. Apparently, there's some setup required so my computer can actually recognize it again, but I'm completely lost on how to handle that.
My first instinct was to just pop in the installation CD and run through the setup again via a wired connection, but I honestly have no idea where I put the cable... 😵
If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. I'm officially at my wit's end here.

Thanks a lot!

I've got an Epson Stylus Sx235W. I haven't used a USB connection since day one, and everything was running smoothly. But now, the Wi-Fi button is just being useless. Every time I power the printer on, that red light flashes briefly and then... nothing. Just stays dead.
I have a hunch the issue might be because I switched internet providers, and apparently, I need to reconfigure things so my computer actually recognizes it, but I'm totally lost on how to do that.
My first instinct was to just pop in the installation CD and run through the setup again using a USB cable, but honestly, I don't even know where I'd find a USB cable since I've never bothered using one before.

If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. I'm officially at a loss here...

Thanks!
