You know what’s actually hilarious to me? Watching fans boycott the team they claim to love, getting absolutely nothing out of that year-long protest, and then crawling back like they actually accomplished something.🤷

The energy in the stands during the first half was actually decent. Every corner kick or close call sent the noise through the roof. But man, once the second half rolled around, the team just completely checked out. It’s hard to stay loud when you feel like you're cheering for a bunch of guys who can't even be bothered to run. When they're just dragging themselves across the pitch like that, trying to cheer non-stop starts feeling forced and fake. Is there actually a way to fix this with some roster changes, or is the problem just baked into the DNA of this squad? I don't know. In the first half, the atmosphere was electric, but that was pure, spontaneous passion.

The reality is we show up to these games because we care about this club. We expect them to show some hunger, especially against a rival like this. But when they play like total garbage despite getting the best support possible from the fans, what are we supposed to do? At that point, you might as well just hug your buddy, turn your back on the field, and pretend we're the toughest fans in the league. Compare us to anyone else and it's all nonsense, because honestly, at a certain point, it doesn't even matter how bad they play—we're still stuck with them.
