If I end up seeing results like this again, could you please let me know if those low numbers are actually something we need to worry about?
Cleveland Clinic
Hey everyone. I’m looking for some insight on these lab results.
I'm 31, not pregnant, have one kid, and honestly, all these issues started right after I gave birth.
My joints—specifically my knee and big toe—keep swelling up. When it happens, they get swollen, red, warm to the touch, and pretty painful.
Gout has been ruled out since my uric acid levels are within the normal range, but this pain has been dragging on for six weeks now.
Currently treating it with Indomethacin.
My blood work looks mostly fine, except for this:
RBC 12.8 (low) ref. interval 14.6-16.5
MPV 12.0 (high) ref. interval 6.8-10.4
CRP 13.5 (high) ref. interval 0.0-5.0
Rheumatoid factor is 10, where the ref. interval is Waaler-Rose Follow-up tests were all normal, including thyroid hormones. Negative for ANA, ANA titer, ANA fluorescence type, anti-dsDNA, anti-Sm, anti-Sm/RNP, anti-Jo-1, anti-Scl-70, anti-U1RNP, and anti-histone antibodies.
The Ena-screen came back negative at 40).
I guess I’m wondering if there’s any significance to these antibody values even if they're low, or if they're just negligible? Do these numbers suggest the start of something or future development, or should I just ignore them?

Besides all that, I get fatigued really easily, deal with muscle aches, dry eyes, and a throat that feels constantly inflamed. I'm also taking Zoprax for GERD. I've been seeing an orthopedist and a physiatrist, doing physical therapy for a few things: an L5-S1 disc protrusion, spina bifida occulta, slight right-sided scoliosis, atrophy in my knee muscles, a small synovial cyst, and degenerative changes in my lower limb joints.
I also get tingling in my hands and feet quite often. I can't sleep on my stomach at night because my arms go numb. Lately, my fingertips turn red while my palms turn white; I've always had poor circulation and anemia.
Should I be worried about Lupus, or is this all just coming from my spine and arthritis?

So, my period is usually super regular—heavy, lasts about six days, the whole deal. This time, though, it arrived right on schedule, but it’s incredibly light. Like, for the first two days it was barely there, nothing at all at night, and then for the next two days, I’m only seeing spotting when I go to the bathroom. This has never happened before; I’ve been tracking this for over ten years and it’s always been clockwork. No issues, ever. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I’ve been dealing with these intense headaches and nausea.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Can someone walk me through these H. pylori immunoenzyme test results? I've got IgG coming in positive at 142 U/ml... but the IgA is negative. What does that actually mean?
It’s way too early for a test... honestly. Just wait until your period is actually late, then head over to a CVS or Walgreens and pick one up..
I’m curious to hear what you guys think about this..
So, I usually have really heavy periods that last about 6 days, on a 30-day cycle. My last one was July 1st.

Back in August, my period was 10 days late.. which was actually the day before I took a pregnancy test and got a positive result.. though the line was super faint. As soon as I saw it, I felt absolutely terrible. I mean, intense stomach cramps, back pain, vomiting, diarrhea, sweating, even passing out..
That lasted for four days, then I took another test (which was negative) and went to see my OBGYN. They did an ultrasound and everything looked totally normal.. but since the test came back negative, the doctor concluded it was just a chemical pregnancy.

This month, my period showed up right on time, but it barely lasted two days... and the test was positive again.. once more, just a barely visible line. No pregnancy symptoms at all, no pain, nothing except maybe some lower back aches..

My doctor basically told me there’s no point in coming in because it’s probably just some hormonal imbalance and that could be messing with the test results?!?!
What do you all make of this..?
