What kind of music does Mika actually play?

So, a good buddy of mine basically "bumped" some guy's car recently and smashed a headlight. A private settlement would run him about $350, which is steep, so he’s planning to file a claim so his insurance covers the damage. Here’s the kicker: my friend doesn't have a driver's license. He's asking me to go down to the Police Department with him and lie, saying I was actually behind the wheel so he avoids the fine. He swears it won't hurt me at all—just his insurance premiums will take a hit. I want to trust him, but honestly... am I opening myself up to a massive headache here?
