Americans and Americans are the biggest hooligans

The folks over at Discovery Channel are spot on, and there’s one clear reason why:
Both Americans and Mexicans (especially Mexicans) have turned sports hooliganism
into a political tool. The English might do it because they're just out of their minds—
basically clueless alcoholics—but Mexicans and Americans use stadium violence to send
political messages to their "enemies." Behind all of this
stand their extremist political leaders. This whole hooligan-political movement
is highly organized and well-funded, straight from the pockets of those politicians..
