driftingmarlin44, looks like you ended up back on your knees again. That professor queen bowed so low she practically hit the floor 🤣

hiddenmarlin14 said:Do you honestly think I care? Or that I still have any idea? 🤣 This happened in Vienna, not here, and even if I gave you names, it wouldn't mean much to you. 🤣

EDIT: For the record, a professor like that doesn't exist at the Juilliard School; she’s Austrian. 🙂

My mistake, I wasn't reading closely enough. 😵
N/A 🙏

hiddenmarlin14 said:My parents didn't attend; I was old enough by then, and live shows were just part of my routine.🐔

Well, drop the names then!
I am dying to know.👍

Your eyes are like the Atlantic Ocean🙂

Your hair is top-tier Midwestern quality🙂

Rachel, what kind of challenge entry is this!?
😁

hiddenmarlin14 said:My parents taught me to only speak the truth🙂 that professor looks exactly like that to me, and the event is factual🙂 or at least, that's how I remember it😍

Exactly!!!!
Do any of those parents who are politicians sitting in the front row remember it!?

What a total reversal! Three applications 🎉
N/A, I am curious about how much truth actually exists in your story 👍

Good grief!
Where are my chat queens to spice things up?
🙂
There isn't even a king in sight...

Sarah Mendoza22 said:Can we use "Queen" in a different context, without it being tied to monarchy or elitism?

Of course. It seems this guy caught the point immediately. I suppose some people just have experience dealing with Queens.🤔

Charles Bailey2 said:No worries, I fixed the title.

Your hands are clean for once.😁
Thanks! The moderation team really keeps things running smoothly.🙂

Good grief, I’ve lost count!
Weekly Creativity Challenge 4: The Queen
hiddenmarlin14 has me stuck in the past 🤣

Despite the initial suggestion that this contest would focus on knees and all their anatomical wonders, I was clearly joking. The actual topic is
THE QUEEN.
The recent interview featuring Prince Harry & Meghan Markle, hosted by the prominent Oprah, has sent shockwaves through global media. The royal family is reeling, Britons are revolted, and public opinion remains fractured. This drama serves merely as a springboard for our theme. Feel free to get creative—whether through prose, photography, links, or any other medium—to express your perspective on the Queen as an individual, the monarchy, history, or her specific role. Perhaps someone will find a symbolic connection to the knee... anyway, do you have a "queen" figure in your own household or family?

I know how talented and imaginative you all are. The regulars here certainly have plenty to say about this! 🙂🙏
Submissions are open until March 19th. Following midnight, we enter the election silence. Voting takes place throughout the weekend from March 2nd to the 21st.
If we want to make things easier on ourselves, we can just resort to copy-pasting rules.
The rules are straightforward: one post per user, one vote per person. The winner determines the next Weekly Challenge.
Deadlines are set by the moderator, who will also launch the poll. He might even need a manual on how to actually do this: as curated by Ruby Soho halfway down the page.

Enjoy yourselves. 🎉 🙂 🎉

Megan Gray4, this was supposed to be a literary corner. You were speaking in the past tense here. 😬

So how am I the gold-star teacher when I'm speaking in the future tense!?
Oh, heavens, hiddenmarlin14 is mocking me again. 🙂

The poll is officially closed.
I appreciate the trust and the votes from this group... let's get back to business and play another round 🙂

The Tricksters 👍

Hey baby, come here and let me give you a kiss.🙂

Sarah Mendoza22 said:what's the next topic?

My gut tells me... it'll be about knees.😁

Congratulations while the voting was still underway.
hiddenmarlin14, did I miss the mark?

@ driftingmarlin44
May the beans fall where they may.
@ ironbear66
Don't breathe; just put on a mask.

You deserve a monument built in your honor 🙂

If you don't like the rules, don't complain to the establishment.

driftingmarlin44 said:If you decide not to act, then there won't be any results.

A garden won't bloom without fertilizer. It’s basic biology.😁

hiddenmarlin14 said:Meghan would be a total thorn in everyone's side🙂 and Oprah is nothing but an old snake and a gossip🙂 both of them are such liars that I'd love to see them punished, forced to clean public restrooms in some backwater town in the middle of nowhere🙂

hiddenmarlin14, I am actually afraid of you. You have the soul of a monarch🙂 and I don't want to end up crying because of you😁
