I don't see why anyone thinks the Boston Celtics get an edge just because Rose is out. The Chicago Bulls are playing lights out even without him. Honestly, Luol Deng is more vital to the Bulls than Rose is right now since there's no one to step in for Deng, whereas Watson can easily cover about 50% of what Rose brings to the table. Plus, someone already pointed out that the Chicago Bulls offense looks incredibly smooth even when Rose isn't on the floor.

Excluding games played before Jan 9, 2012 (don't have the data), based on the margins set in the NHL, out of 458 players offered, 248 hit the under—that's 54.15%.

quoting myself here. I put together a spreadsheet 😁

download file - 217.5 Kb

It covers every player offered in the NHL. I included all stats from Jan 9 onwards, including last night's games. If anyone wants to help, just keep adding to it starting today.
The numbers show by how many points the U/O went over or under. Each number is a direct link to the game report on NBA.com.
Gray cells indicate games where the player's team was playing away against the team in the first column.
At the bottom is the total U/O for each player against all teams, and on the far right is the total U/O for all players against a specific team.
Use Ctrl+F to find what you need. Just type in the player's last name.

I thought of a million other things to add, but the sheet is already massive. To do anything more advanced, I'd need to be a programmer and build actual software.

The table looks a bit empty, but that's mostly because I left slots for every player to play 4 games against every single team, which obviously doesn't happen in the NBA.😁

Hope this helps someone with their bets.

Hell yeah.

If you ignore everything before January 9th, 2012 (don't have those stats handy), and just look at the margins set by the betting shop, out of 458 players offered, 248 went under—that's 54.15%.

Meanwhile, I hit 61 overs on Pinnacle and landed a 59% win rate, which proves you just need to know how to pick winners, regardless of how many unders are out there.😁

Looks like the state lottery and DraftKings have results posted through September 1st. I can just check all the players myself, unless Playmaker decides to drop the full stats, excluding those first two weeks of the season.

Betting the over only works if you actually think the points are coming, and betting the under only works if you're certain they won't. It’s not about some broad, generic stat sheet either. You gotta look at the squad, who they’re facing, current form, injury reports—all that stuff. Every single game is its own beast. Take yesterday, for example. A ton of overs hit, especially the guys everyone was buzzing about here, like Chris Paul, Tony Parker, Gerald Martin, John Williams, and Andre Iguodala. Even Blake Griffin, Tim Duncan, Russell Westbrook, Baron Davis, and Danny Granger all cleared their overs.

Anyone got a link for player stats and how often they go over/under compared to their lines? Or is anyone actually tracking that?

I only tune in to follow my bets. Honestly, starting to watch everything mid-season just feels like a chore. 🙂

Bought everything all at once, like 4 years ago now. Just checking my bank statements. 😁)

Old school Intel Celeron Box 336. 64-bit, 2.8GHz, sck775, 256k, 533MHz. Absolute relic.

Gigabyte 8I945P-G motherboard. LGA 775 socket, i945P chipset, DDR2, Gigabit LAN. Simple as that.

Kingmax DDR2 1GB PC4200 (533MHz). Solid.

Seagate ST3160812AS hard drive. 160GB, 8MB cache, SATA 300, 7200 RPM. Solid old school tech.

Old school Codegen MIDI tower 6078L-CA. 400W, Pentium 4, USB, audio. Classic.

Plus my GPU kicked the bucket from that last post. 🤣
Welp, my GPU just kicked the bucket.

ATI Radeon x800 256mb ddr, pcie, tv-out, dvi

That was my old setup. Picked it up about four years ago. I'm looking for suggestions. I don't need a gaming rig or anything—I just care about streaming movies, shows, and browsing the web.

Can I find something for under $333? Ideally even cheaper.

Is it a pain in the neck to swap out?
