Sleep, Seattle (04/18) - Paramount Theatre
Honestly, this is kind of like asking, "I need dental surgery, how do I do it myself?" It’s pretty much impossible if you don't actually get the fundamentals... People are out here dropping $10k on training just to learn this stuff (I mean, look at me😉.
Anyway, long story short;
1. On the main router acting as your gateway to the Wide Area Network, you set up a DHCP pool and bind it to one of your interfaces
2. Then you hook up the rest of your routers to that port via an L2 or L3 switch
3. And then you just surf the web🙂
As far as which addresses to configure goes, it doesn't really matter; most people just stick to the 192.168.x.x range for home setups (like, 192.168.1.0/16)
Now go ahead and Google it properly, and I'll be rooting for you
